Q. The app is not picking up my instrument's sound.
A. Please ensure microphone access is enabled on your Apple Watch via Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone.

Q. How do I tune a Low-G ukulele?
A. Select the "Ukulele (Low-G)" mode from the instrument selection screen. The app will automatically recognize the lower frequency of the 4th string (G).

Q. Does the app support guitar tuning?
A. Yes, it does. Please switch to "Guitar" mode in the settings screen. It supports standard guitar tuning.

Q. How can I switch to Just Intonation or Pythagorean tuning?
A. Tap the "Temperament" button on the tuning screen to cycle through Equal, Just, and Pythagorean modes. Please set your reference Key beforehand.

Q. What does the "Checkmark" mean?
A. It indicates that your instrument is perfectly in tune and the correct frequency is maintained. If the pitch drifts while playing, the checkmark disappears to prompt a retune.

この利用規約（以下、「本規約」といいます。）は、シェアハピネス株式会社（以下、「当方」といいます。）が提供するApple Watch用アプリケーション「Ukulele Tuner」（以下、「本アプリ」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆様には、本規約に従って本アプリをご利用いただきます。

1. 利用同意

ユーザーは、本アプリをダウンロードし利用を開始した時点で、本規約のすべての条項に同意したものとみなされます。

2. マイク機能の利用

本アプリは、楽器の音の周波数を測定してチューニングを行う目的で、Apple Watchの内蔵マイクを利用します。マイクから取得した音声データは、端末内での即時解析（チューニング処理）のみに使用され、外部のサーバー等に送信または保存されることはありません。

3. 免責事項

当方は、本アプリの正確性、確実性、または特定の目的への適合性について、明示的にも黙示的にも一切保証しません。
本アプリの利用、または利用できなかったことによりユーザーまたは第三者に生じた損害（楽器の破損、演奏トラブル等を含むがこれらに限定されない）について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。

4. 規約の変更

当方は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに事前通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載された時点から効力を生じるものとします。

2. Microphone Usage

The App utilizes the Apple Watch's built-in microphone solely to measure audio frequencies for instrument tuning. Audio data is processed in real-time locally on your device and is never transmitted to any external servers or stored.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, regarding its accuracy or reliability.
We shall not be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, damage to instruments or performance troubles) arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will become effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
